Following a successful tender submission works have commenced on the construction of a new Community Centre in Leeds, this is adjacent to the existing Community Centre.
Every week, over 600 people make use of the New Wortley community centre's facilities but the current building is over 30 years old now and has been well used. The new building was set to open in April 2016 and will house the majority of the centre's services including the café, meeting rooms and shop.

- Storm water attenuation installation
- Beam & block flooring
- Zinc & Rockpanel cladding
- Prefabricated JJI roof joists
- Sedum Green Roofing
- M&E design & installation
- Solar PV & Water
- Underfloor Heating
- Plastering & MF Ceilings
- Timber windows & doors
- Full internal joinery package, including movable walls
